Brewster Place is a community that was established in 2001 in the Monkey Junction / Carolina Beach area of Wilmington, NC.

Street Lights

If street lights are out please get the pole number ( on a sticker usually white or yellow) on each street light pole/post. Progress Energy will not enter a work /repair order without the pole/post number. They will not use an address.The homeowner just needs to call customer service at 910-256-2021 and give them the pole number to enter a work order to Progress, or the homeowner may call it in to Progress Energy. If the homeowner does not or can not get the # then call in an exact location and the inspector will get the number on his next property inspection.

Correspondence

Please do not mail correspondence in with your coupon payment. These payments go to a lock box in South Carolina.

Correspondence needs to be mailed to the office address: Brewster Place HOA , C/O CAMS/Century 21 Sweyer, 1630 Military Cut Off Suite 108, Wilmington, NC 28403
